The Scan
- We map where your team's hours actually go
- You get a written shortlist of what is worth automating
- With an estimate of hours saved and what it would cost
- Yours to keep, also if you build it yourself
Most AI projects die in a slide deck. We skip the deck. In two weeks you have one real process running on real data, and a number that tells you exactly what it saved.
Nobody in your company wakes up wanting a language model. They want the quote to be ready before the customer changes their mind, and they want to stop retyping the same order into a second system. That is the work we take.
So we do not start with technology. We start with one afternoon watching where your week actually goes, and we only build the things that pay for themselves inside a quarter.
No open ended consultancy. You always know the price and the date before we begin.
La Columnista is a subscription platform connecting influencers and hospitality venues across Germany. I built it, I run it, and I still handle the customers. That is where every method on this page was tested first.
Onboarding mails, payment failures, cancellations and monthly partner reports used to be handled by hand, one customer at a time. Today the payment system triggers the right message on its own, cancellations are logged with a reason, and partners receive their monthly overview without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
The result is not a chatbot. It is a business with paying customers in three cities that does not need a support department.
La Columnista is not a side project I had made for me. I wrote the platform myself: the web app, the mobile app in the App Store, the payments, the admin. So when an automation stops because the system simply does not exist yet, you do not need a second supplier for that.
If your company runs on a spreadsheet nobody dares to touch anymore, we turn it into a real system. With logins, permissions, billing and an admin screen you can actually operate yourself.
iOS and Android from one codebase, plus the website around it. From first screen to approved by Apple, including the maintenance afterwards. I have been through that process myself, rejections included.
Technique, speed and content that matches what your customers actually type. Not a monthly report full of graphs, but the question of whether the phone rings more often.
More and more customers no longer search, they ask an AI. If you are not in that answer, you do not exist. We make sure your business is the source those answers come from. This is new, which is exactly why there is still room.
Available separately, but usually it arrives on its own: first we automate what you do today, and then something turns out to be missing that has to be built.
45 minutes. You describe the week, I ask uncomfortable questions about where things get retyped. You get the shortlist in writing within two days.
I sit next to the people doing the work. Not to interview them, to watch. This is where the real time sinks show up, and they are never the ones management expects.
One week, the highest impact process only. Running on your real data, connected to the systems you already pay for. You see it work before we discuss anything bigger.
We compare the before and after in hours. Your team gets the documentation and the logins. If the number disappoints, you owe me nothing further.
If five people repeat the same tasks every week, there is enough here. Small companies are actually the best fit, because one decision maker can say yes and the change is visible within days instead of quarters.
Almost never. We build on top of what you already use. Replacing systems is slow and expensive, and it is rarely where the waste sits.
Everything we build sends an alert when it fails, and falls back to a human instead of silently doing nothing. During a sprint I fix it myself. With a partnership, monitoring and repair are included.
The work we remove is the part people complain about, not the part they were hired for. In my own company it meant I stopped needing to hire for admin at all, while the people already there got their afternoons back. If your plan is to cut headcount, I am probably the wrong partner.
We work GDPR compliant, keep data in Europe where possible, and use business tier AI services that do not train on your content. You get a written overview of what goes where, and you own every account.
Because you can check the work. I run a software business with paying customers in three countries and I built the automation in it myself. The scan is free, the first project is fixed price, and there is no long contract to sign.
